National Preview

The new choreographic project of COB Company Opus Ballet celebrates one of the main exponents of the world culture, William Shakespeare, in a production that blends classic music, dramaturgy and contemporary dance. COB has the honour to entrust the choreography to Davide Bombana: a new artistic collaboration that intends to explore the relationship between classic and contemporary with a language that can speak directly to the hearts of the public.

The project ideally continues the path of artistic research that the company has been pursuing for years and which sees the dialogue between dance contemporary with stories and classic music, considered “of repertoire“, that converts fertile soil for the creation of something totally different. The classic becomes a key to understanding the contemporary world, with the aim of deconstructing and enriching the repertoire to talk about a lived, tangible reality close to us.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

In case of unfavorable weather, Arena performances will be held on the same evening inside Teatro Sociale, without sets. If the performance is interrupted after the beginning of the show, because of bad weather conditions, tickets are non-refundable.
