Tickets are only valid for the performance and the date indicated on them. All tickets are non-refundable and not convertible to another date.
In case of rain or unfavorable weather, Arena performances will be held on the same evening at Teatro Sociale di Como, without sets. If the performance is interrupted after the beginning of the show, because of bad weather conditions, tickets are non-refundable.
Each seating area of the Arena has a corresponding seating sector in the Theatre. Check below how to find your sector in the Theatre:
- I AREA corresponds to the stalls and boxes;
- II AREA correspond to the galleries.
Only A-real will be held at the Arena even in case of rain.

The Festival reserves the right to make changes in programming if necessary, due to technical demands or other reasons out of control of the Festival.

Shows and concerts from the review Intorno al Festival (30.06; 2.07; 5.07; 6.07; 7.07; 8.07; 9.07; 11.07; 12.07; 13.07; 15.07) have free admission. In case of bad weather, venue changes will be announced on the festival website or via the infoline +39.338.4351811.
