The Como City of Music Festival 2026, now in its nineteenth edition, is a city-wide festival: not only the Teatro Sociale Arena, but also squares, gardens, courtyards, and historic spaces throughout Como become unique settings for concerts and performances, taking audiences on an exciting journey through the beauty of the city and the power of music.

The Around the Festival series offers numerous unmissable events, all with free admission, spread throughout the city in charming and renowned locations, as well as in lesser-known places of strong social significance.

Following last year’s success, with large audiences especially among tourists, the Musical Walk returns: the Villa Olmo – Lino Gelpi promenade, from the Aeroclub to the park, will be filled with artists and musicians entertaining the public with various performances on Sunday, July 5, from 5:45 PM to 8:00 PM.

The walk will feature Funkasin, a Venetian street band with 3 percussionists and 11 brass players reinterpreting various genres with original arrangements; Porcapizza with The One and Only One-Man-Band Recycled Music Show, blending music, art, and entertainment; and Paolo Camporesi with his digital accordion.

At two key locations, additional performances will take place: at 6:30 PM near Villa Olmo, a show selected in June for the Official Program of FringeMI Festival 2026; and at 7:30 PM near the hangar, Culbuto with Vincent Martinez of the French company Mauvais Coton, a frequent guest at major international festivals, performing on a unique acrobatic pole.
