I Musici della Scala

Preview of Como Classica

An extraordinary musical evening with Davide Alogna, violin soloist, with the orchestra I Musici della Scala, under the baton of Croatian Miran Vaupotic. A unique musical journey that will take the audience through the streets of the world’s cities from 1700 to the present day. A journey between the typically Italian Baroque energy of Vivaldi, the Viennese lyricism of Schubert, the Nordic suggestions of Grieg, the Spanish melodies of Albéniz and Granados, the Brazilian innovation of Nepomuceno, the French virtuosity of Saint-Saëns, the Greek audacity of Skalkottas, the spirituality of Pärt, the Balkan energy of Bregović and the Argentine passion of Piazzolla. A harmonious encounter between East and West that promises to fascinate and inspire.

Founded in 2023, I Musici del Teatro alla Scala is a new collective of exceptionally talented musicians performing on the prestigious stage of La Scala in Milan.
