To this day, Giselle is still one of the world’s best-loved ballets and belongs to the works that have become a symbol of romanticism.
The performance will feature the historical choreographies of Jules Perrot, Jean Coralli, Marius Petipa revived by choreographer Konstantin Sergeev, sets and costumes by Tatiana Bruni. Staging the famous masterpiece to the music of Adolphe Adam will be the Ballet of the National Opera of Ukraine, one of Europe’s best-known companies.
